Shipping policy

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days

Shipping time: The time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

We ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawai). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.For every product, the displayed shipping cost includes duties, taxes, and clearance, meaning no surprise fees to pay upon delivery.

Please note the following:

Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international addresses is currently not available. Kindly send us an email at support@zmind.com.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary depending on where you’re located.

*Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the US is 3-6 days.
